My order never got to me, what do I do?Updated a year ago

To help resolve this issue, please take the following steps:

  1. Check the Tracking Information: Refer to the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to check the current status of your delivery. 

  2. Verify the Shipping Address: Ensure that the shipping address entered during the checkout is correct and complete.

  3. Check with Neighbors: Sometimes, couriers may leave packages with neighbors if you are not available. Kindly check with them to see if they have received your package on your behalf.

  4. Contact the Courier: If the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
